This is not an extreme way of thinking, but often doesn't line up with the "norm". With personal and professional experience raising children in a more natural way, Sophia and Reeda will share with you how you can support your baby to thrive with knowledge around diet and removing harmful toxins from your home.
We are led to believe we need all kinds of products and creams to care for our babies and children and it just isn't true. In fact you can care for your baby with water, castile soap and a nappy balm when needed and simple fresh wholefoods.
If you are open to making your own products and food, you may find you will save a lot of money and also reduce the exposure you and your baby have to ingredients that may not be the best.
We will also take you through some simple DIY recipes and show you how easy it is to make these staples for you and your baby:

Sophia is a Bachelor degree-qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist with 15 years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve optimal health, working specifically in the area of fertility, pregnancy, post-natal support, as well as infant and child health. As a mother of four, Sophia understands the importance of practical remedies and has a passion for supporting families in their wellness journeys. Her holistic approach focuses on enhancing immunity and overall well-being, empowering clients to lead healthier, more vibrant lives.
Reeda owns Vitalia, a health and wellness business passionate about empowering families to live low tox, healthier lives. She has a deep love for the way our bodies were created to thrive and heal and has been enthusiastically learning how to support wellness naturally through what we have been provided in nature. Reeda loves to implement natural remedies wherever possible for her family (including her pets) and has been helping other families do the same for over 15 years.

LIABILITY WAIVER
You hereby waive Vitalia, its owners and employees and any independent workshop facilitators from:
• any loss, damage, or theft incurred to personal property on the premises where the workshop or event is held; and
• any responsibility for damage, physical injuries or financial loss sustained as a result of participating in any workshop or event.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Should you cancel prior to 7 working days before the workshop, you will be refunded in full. Cancellations and refunds can not be processed in store, must be processed via Vitalia - email help@vitalia.com.au
Cancellations 7 or less working days before the event will not be refunded, but you are welcome to transfer the place to somebody else.
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop and refund your money in full if we do not reach the minimum number of people booked for the workshop.
