This workshop is run from our store Vitalia at 11 Bindleys Road, Mount Crosby.
Creative | Natural | Empowering | Hands-On
Our teen natural health & beauty workshop is an educational, fun and interactive session that is designed to to empower and encourage young girls to care for their bodies using natural and healthy products that support their health.
We will discuss supporting their hormones naturally - including practical tips for helping manage cycles, reducing exposure to chemicals and other toxins and building a foundation of health that is simple, interesting and empowering. They will learn real-life skills they can use for the rest of their life.
This workshop is the perfect way for teens to explore self-care, creativity, and clean beauty. They will learn information that will help establish wise choices for life, while making their very own natural products to take home and enjoy! During this engaging hands-on session, the girls will learn how to create their own all-natural, plant-based products using gentle, safe and chemical-free ingredients.
Each participant will create the following products to take home:
1 x Aromatherapy perfume roller
1 x Clay mask
1 x Sugar Scrub
1 x Dry Shampoo
Plus there will be a demonstration for how to make balms which they will take home along with a handout that includes notes and recipes so they can make more at home. No prior DIY experience is needed as they will be guided the and encouraged the whole time by Reeda and Sophia.
Sophia (Bachelor degree-qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist) and Reeda (owner of Vitalia, with over 20 years in the health and wellness industry) will provide an informative session with that will leave each girl inspired to take steps for their own natural health and wellness.

• any loss, damage, or theft incurred to personal property on the premises where the workshop or event is held; and
• any responsibility for damage, physical injuries or financial loss sustained as a result of participating in any workshop or event.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Should you cancel prior to 7 working days before the workshop, you will be refunded in full. Cancellations and refunds can not be processed in store, must be processed via Vitalia - email help@vitalia.com.au
Cancellations 7 or less working days before the event will not be refunded, but you are welcome to transfer the place to somebody else.
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop and refund your money in full if we do not reach the minimum number of people booked for the workshop.
