Steeped for over three months in raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar “alive” with the Mother, it’s then blended with raw local honey and a rich mix of roots, fruits, shoots, herbs, seeds, spices and minerals. This concentrated shot is traditionally taken at 5–15ml up to three times daily, diluted or neat. How to use:
Dose 5ml - 15ml 1 - 3 times per day noting as a full strength product, we recommend diluting or washing down with water.
